Roles

Member

For people who build and run their own workflows. Members can create workflows, view and run every team workflow, edit their own workflows, download data, and use team tags and variables. They cannot manage team settings or members, or access compliance and audit features.

Admin and Owner

For team leads. Admins and Owners have every Member permission. They can also add and remove members, change roles, edit or delete any workflow, change team settings, manage tags and variables, create API keys, and view usage and billing. Compliance access depends on how your organization is set up.

Viewer

For people who read data or monitor workflows without changing them, such as analysts who only query data over MCP. Viewers can see every workflow, its data, run results, logs, tags, variables, and team activity. They cannot create, edit, delete, or run workflows, or manage settings, members, or notifications.

Compliance Officer

For compliance teams and auditors. Compliance Officers can see every workflow, run logs, compliance reports, audit trails, and team activity. They are the only role that can approve or reject workflows waiting for compliance review. See Compliance Center.
