Overview

With SCIM enabled, user accounts can be automatically created, updated, and suspended based on your IDP settings. This eliminates the need for manual account management in Kadoa. This integration helps ensure that your team’s access stays in sync with your organization’s directory.

Requirements

  • Kadoa team with Enterprise plan
  • SCIM token (provided by Kadoa, one per team)
  • SSO configured for your team
  • Admin access to your identity provider

Supported Identity Providers

Microsoft Entra

  1. In your enterprise application, set Provisioning Mode to Automatic
  2. Enter the SCIM endpoint URL: https://api.kadoa.com/scim/v2
  3. Add the SCIM token for authentication
  4. Test the connection and save

Other Providers

Okta and OneLogin support is available upon request. Contact your account team for provider-specific configuration guides.

What syncs via SCIM

SCIM synchronizes the following user properties:
  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Active/suspended status
  • Team membership

Which SCIM version is supported?

  • ✅ SCIM 2.0 (RFC 7643)
  • ❌ SCIM 1.1 is not supported
