What a team is and what its members share

A team holds your workflows, data, and settings. Every member sees the team’s workflows. Some screens call the team a workspace.

• Workflows and their data
• Tags, variables, and templates
• Notification channels and destinations
• Usage limits, counted across all members
• API keys
• AI personalization: standing instructions the agent reads when it starts a new workflow

Team settings

Admins and Owners change team settings in Settings:

• General: team name, API key, AI personalization, and the MCP service connector
• Members: invitations and roles. See Members and roles.
• Notifications: team notification defaults and channels. See Notifications.
• Tags and Variables: shared across the team’s workflows
• Compliance and IP ACL: see Security & Compliance
