Kadoa pricing is usage based: you pay for active workflows, measured in slots. A slot holds one active workflow in production. Free it up and reuse it any time.

What is a workflow?

One data extraction that targets a single source with one schema. Refining the schema is allowed and does not create a new workflow.

How slots work

  • Building and previewing workflows is free and never uses a slot.
  • Scheduled and real-time workflows hold a slot while enabled, with a 30-day minimum.
  • One ad-hoc run holds a slot for 30 days. Additional runs during that period are included, for example for experiments or sandboxing.
  • Disable a workflow to free its slot for another workflow.

Workflow classes

Most workflows use exactly one slot. You see the class during preview. Extracted rows and unblocking are covered by fair use. If a workflow exceeds fair use, a multiplier is applied; simple cases get a divider.

Plans that count approved workflows

Some plans meter approved workflows instead of slots. On these plans, a workflow counts towards your quota once it has been built, approved, and run successfully at least once. Previews stay free.
