Before a workflow goes live, the agent runs it on a small sample. This sample is the preview. Previews are free and use no quota.

Approve the preview

  1. When Preview ready appears, check the fields and values.
  2. If something is wrong, tell the agent what to fix. It reruns the preview.
  3. When the data looks right, select Approve. The workflow goes live and runs on the full dataset.
If you changed the settings after the preview ran, Approve starts a new preview first. Approve that one when it finishes. While the agent updates a preview, Approve is disabled. If Preview update incomplete appears, select Report problem.

Data verification

Kadoa runs data quality checks on every run. If a run has issues the agent cannot fix, Kadoa holds it and shows Verifying data while a Kadoa specialist reviews it. You do not need to do anything. Earlier data stays available. See Lifecycle for every state and its API fields.
