Configure Compliance Rules

Your compliance team can configure automated checks in the Compliance Center:
  1. Navigate to the Compliance Center in your dashboard
  2. Review the list of available rule types
  3. Enable or disable rules based on your organization’s requirements
  4. Configure rule-specific settings where applicable

Available Rule Types

Set Up Approval Flow

Enable workflow approval for enhanced oversight:
  1. Go to Compliance CenterSettings
  2. Enable Require approval for new workflows
  3. Designate compliance officers who can approve workflows

How Approval Works

  1. User creates a new workflow
  2. Workflow enters Pending Approval state during preview
  3. Compliance officer receives notification
  4. Officer reviews the workflow configuration and sample data
  5. Officer approves or rejects with feedback
  6. If approved, workflow becomes active

Add Compliance Reminders

Display custom hints when users create new workflows:
  1. Go to Compliance CenterSettings
  2. Add your compliance reminder text
  3. Save changes
The reminder appears on the workflow creation screen.

Assign Compliance Officers

  1. Go to SettingsTeam Members
  2. Find the user you want to assign
  3. Change their role to Compliance Officer
Compliance Officers have:
  • Read-only access to all workflows and execution logs
  • Access to compliance reports and audit trails
  • Ability to approve or reject workflows

Generate Compliance Reports

  1. Go to Compliance CenterReports
  2. Select the report type:
    • Workflows History: All workflows with metadata
    • Audit Log: All platform interactions
  3. Set date range if applicable
  4. Click Download

Report Contents

Reports include:
  • Data sources accessed or attempted
  • Timestamps for workflow runs
  • User who created/modified workflows
  • Version history and configuration changes
  • Number of records extracted
  • Status codes from accessed sources

Monitor Activity

Use the Activity Log to track all platform activities:
  1. Go to Activity Log in the sidebar
  2. Filter by:
    • Workflow
    • User
    • Date range
    • Event type
  3. Export filtered data for compliance reviews
